    I think though that the VIP membership has helped for most of the normal deals (and that should be the benchmark). The special >90% deals are going to be hard no matter how you split because it is and should be a very very limited deal.

    Does @NDTN have any thoughts from the inside in terms of how things have worked?

    GC should be able to see this stuff from the backend? Like new accounts using VIP codes or other obvious things.

    a) change the users 365 password and deal with it tomorrow
    b) remotely factory reset the students device while they're in the middle of class and deal with it tomorrow
