Have you checked out Cloudflare? They’ve got a free tier and decent performance in China. Another option is jsDelivr, which is also free and pretty reliable for static content.

Nodeloc is a joke. 35 american dollars for 50GB. Insane. Even Akamai is cheaper.
your only choice is buy some japan or HK vps, then setup your own CDN, i think couple of reserve proxy will do the job
