Cloudflare

Yes, it is too slow in China.
Build one yourself, the optimised routes in CN are costly, you won't find any promising cdn for free.

3.97 EUR for 10 TB of CDN traffic. Or ~20 EUR for 50 TB. That's... a fkin cheap!
don't put words like 'cheap' and 'china mainland optimized' together
DNSPod works well
Have you checked out Cloudflare? They’ve got a free tier and decent performance in China. Another option is jsDelivr, which is also free and pretty reliable for static content.
Should you possess an ICP filing, you are eligible to utilize CDNs such as Wangsu, Alibaba Cloud, and Tencent Cloud within the territory of China.
For personal sites: https://nodeloc.cc/
NodeLoc CDN supports international coverage (via Cloudflare) with China optimization (using a bunch of VPS).
For commercial sites: https://www.chinacache.com/
It's located in China interconnected with major ISPs, fast but expensive.
Nodeloc is a joke. 35 american dollars for 50GB. Insane. Even Akamai is cheaper.
your only choice is buy some japan or HK vps, then setup your own CDN, i think couple of reserve proxy will do the job
Cloudflare has been unstable in China for 8 days already and they're just now testing out the fix. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/incidents/y7hq4pynfdyc
