Just a casual 72k dono in Doge...

wait guys I too have the 1 € shared hosting
and also 2 € reseller hosting what should I do @ehab
@cybertech says
Chargeback yesterday.....
lets think it out
grand openning of story
same as me 🤣
I had a Snickers bar as some here recommended. Suddenly, my desire to chargeback the two hosting plans of €1/year disappeared. The economy in Estonia is much safer now, all thanks to Snickers chocolate bar. This caloric bomb is insane.

Not sure about 'scam' specifically but this is a terrible host.
OP should be banned since he do open many tickets and later don’t stay active, the only scammer I can see right now is OP.
OP might have missed the most important thing: proof.
I dont feel quite comfortable to post screenshot of ticket that contains my personal info.
And in last post VPSSLIM didnt deny what i was saying.
After I posted this thread, they finally started to make a move. A refund has been initiated.
@zmeu Since you are interested in the amount, it is a 24eur/y VPS.
I cannot stay active 24/7 btw. Why are you so excited?

My suggestion stays the same: Do not trust a provider using a 3rd party payment gateway for PayPal.
Censor it?
Not everyone has your paint skills brudda
Seeeeeeeeeee
You guys still use MS Paint to censor stuff?
I use my trusty censoring team.
Sorry for the late reaction. It has been a busy few days. In topic in regards of OP. The OP opened a chargeback in PayPal in which resulted the transaction to be blocked in the Paddle portal for refund. It was blocked waiting a resolution from the PayPal dispute dept. and it was like this for aprox 75 days. It was closed in our favor (and we were charged 25 euro chargeback fee). But we've refunded the client a few days ago when the transaction was unlocked.
So all in all we could have done better in communicating faster with OP so no chargeback would have been opened. But the ticket was marked as resolved so it was overseen unfortunately.
All in all, OP got his refund, and we paid another 25 euro for a lesson :-)
HOSTSLIM appears to have an auto-close policy for tickets that remain inactive for 120 hours, even if the ticket status is marked as CUSTOM REPLY.
In the 30+ days leading up to my chargeback request, the ticket was closed like 4 or 5 times without receiving a proper response from HOSTSLIM. Given HOSTSLIM's complete lack of transparency, I couldn't help but feel that they no longer cared about this.
If that is a common case, a note stating that refunds typically take up to 60 days should be included in the offer thread. Because that wating time is against common sense.
It was an unfortunate experience. I had to ping the support team every 5days to get another "your ticket was closed" email. I am glad this is finally resolved. I did not feel comfortable accusing a provider on the forum, but this helps. Otherwise, I’d say, "What a coincidence that right after I posted this, the issue was resolved."
