nothing about madcity is reliable, I think they deadpooled a while ago (and then did it again). I'd recommend you stay far away.

We don't have an official AUP, its more of "Don't be a dick" understand its shared so don't use 100% 24/7, but otherwise as long as you arent abusing it 24/7 at 100% should be good to go!

I've tried it and it works pretty well, they have servers in Miami
I keep seeing comments like this and don’t understand why. I get the past incidents with the owner and that it might leave a bad taste in people’s mouth, but I’ve had absolutely no issues in my time there. I’ve used one of the Chicago Starter VPS and one of the Los Angeles Starter VPS. I’ve tested one other Chicago provider and a handful of Los Angeles ones. It outperforms the other in Chicago, and it pretty much outperforms every Los Angeles server I’ve tried. The network routing is top notch and I never experience a slow down when using a WireGuard VPN (tested with speed tests against other providers), whereas other providers have had huge hits to speed.
Past issues or not, I’ve had servers with them since 2022 (not consistently), and every time have a great experience. The specs and prices are great. This is just my personal opinion over my use with them.
