Would a DMCA ignore VPS be needed for a Prowlarr instance if the actual downloads (torrent and nzb) are sent to torbox.app to download? If so, what kind of spec vps would i need approx in terms of ram and cpu?
Its really only going to be used by myself to make it easier to search for torrents and nzb in my indexers "all in one place". Im not running any other 'arr apps

... You don't torrent anything from it. All Prowlarr does is scrape indexing websites.
