Going to be completely honest with you. You cannot unfortunately. Its going to take time we do not want to spend on such a cheap server. If you ordered Norway the server stays there.

And tbf Norway is much more unique for the price. Getting a 7 bucks AMS server with these specs is hard but not that hard. Getting a Norway one is damn near impossible.
