RARECLOUD is down?
My service ticket hasn't been replied to for a long time. Has this happened to you? My current situation is that there is a problem with the VPS network. However, customer service hasn't responded.It's less than a month since the last downtime. And now, this situation has occurred again.

Originally, I had purchased a server in Phoenix. However, after making the purchase, I was unable to create it properly. After struggling for two days, they replaced it with a server in Romania. They said that the server in Phoenix had a hard drive issue.
Their Amsterdam Location was down since Friday too. First they changed IP shortly after getting server deployed claiming node crash, then the VPS was unusable due to high load on the node, probably massive overselling. Now both Amsterdam and Romania locations been down since Friday at least.

Been just under 3 months since black friday, did a host buy a bunch of servers with quarterly payment and not renew?

Don't call it Amsterdam. Your VPS isn't in Amsterdam. It's in Eygelshoven, 200 km from Amsterdam. Rarecloud is lying about it's location.
It's rarely up these days.
I ordered a vps in NL location on Saturday and it's still in Pending state...

Nodes are actually up, the network is down so either they are being DDoSsed to hell or they didn't pay their IP renewal.

Same here. It seems there's no customer service.
My service hasn't delivered yet after 3 days and tickets not answered.
All of my RareCloud VPS in Silicon Valley just went down. Phoenix and Dusseldorf still up. No mention of issues on status page.
Similar to OP, I can still login using control panel VNC. Gateway/Router unreachable from inside VPS. Router unreachable from internet when the transit is using Cogent, however the router is reachable when transit from hurricane electric.
I don't expect the highest uptime on BF deal VPS, but the provider should at least have a working status page (with automatic uptime checks).
