It reminds me of being a team lead in the company. Some people think task score is the objective way to measure the performance and productivity of a developer, and some even suggested using line of codes or number of tickets created as an indicator.
This is usually being gamed once the formula is public and oftentimes there are so many other factors that decides how good is a developer. But when subjective way is used, there will also certainly be people thinking they do a lot but actually not much.
I think ultimately since we (Admins etc) are not a superior-subordinate relationship, it doesn't make sense for us to constantly update this list manually, so it is best to let the algorithm does it jobs.
