It's based on a snapshot in the past. AFAIK the VIPs won't change until @FAT32 decides to "re-calculate" it. I imagine the ones at the bottom of whatever criteria might be swapped out.

Mine as well, and I think if the coupons of @allthemtings, @admax and you all start with KN, it's VIP for sure, and @zGato's observations with HD from users with few comments fit as well.
