You should change /chibisafe/Caddyfile, add something like:

 handle /favicon.ico {
              root * /var/www/
            }

Upload favicon.ico to the folder and restart Docker.

Also, is favicon being access from a url or is it embed in the html file being sent to browser as something like base64?
