Depends. But generally bandwidth is oversold to a whole different dimention compared to disk.
Server already has 8 Gigs of ram, doubling it, is only good if you have any instance using that much resource. I would prefer double disk, so I can host 30 websites in it instead of fewer big instances.

2222 DE deal = 2 core, 4 RAM, 22 Disk I don't even remember the specs of this one 30 bucks for 3 year.
And paid like 90 bucks for these 2 already. So paying another 90 for this would bend me over, considering I want to waste money on a new PC
