  Cloudflare is a solid choice but i prefer DoQ and DoH3 so I ran dig +short TXT whoami.ds.akahelp.net on nextdns, ctrld and adguard DNS choose which one's exit server is the closet

  I have seen 8.8 works well in north America compared to 1.1 in eu

  Honestly, I get it. If I didn't randomly end up just knowing it after using it back in middle school, I'd probably find it too complex to remember.

  If I’m honest only default DNS I’ve had issues with it’s Quad9 with their malware blocking on upload sites😀

  Yeah, I can see that being a problem occasionally, but on my servers it's not really a problem. I have AdGuard Home for my own devices.
