We pay back up to 6%, depending on the product and term. It's deposited as account credit, you can redeem it once it hits $30.00 via PayPal (no fee) or Wire Transfer (international and domestic wire's we charge a $15 fee, blame the banking system) or Wise (no fee).
Some products are recurring kickback, some are one-time ('first purchase / payment'). We explain this to affiliates when they sign on after internal approval (it's not a public anyone-can-be-an-affiliate type system).
