Colocation providers in Dallas Prime DC
We are looking to find a colocation provider in Dallas Prime DC, 1515 ROUND TABLE
DALLAS, TX.
I know that tier.net, hivelocity and psychz are in there. Are there other providers located in the building who runs their own network?

We have had a cabinet with Psychz since 2015, and we recently picked up a full cab with Tier, post-Prime purchase of the facility. I was going to go direct with Prime, but they tried to bullshit on the remote hands. (They're making some big rate changes to hourly fees, and charging double for after hours now, which didn't used to be the case.)
Pricing between Psychz and Tier is going to be very similar, Tier uses Psychz as upstream (current blend is Comcast, Cogent, GTT) but Tier also has a DE-CIX connection and Lumen+HE transit on the side. Tier also has an actual employee (Chris) who is on-site during the weekdays for remote hands, rather than having to rely on Prime's remote hands. (this was a big selling point for us)
Hivelocity pricing was significantly higher in the same facility so we didn't even continue talks with them. (They quoted pricing closer to what we expect in Chicago and Los Angeles, which is absurd considering the competition in this facility.)
Also, another demerit against Hivelocity, after they were acquired by Colohouse last year, Steve said that he would be staying on as COO, he followed that comment up in April saying, "my hope is to be here for years to come," by July he had been shitcanned by Colohouse.
As contracts with Hivelocity expire, I expect to see a lot more similar discussions this year.

They destroyed Incero and SpeedyKVM, and now they get destroyed by Colohouse lol.
They are with Hivelocity in Dallas.
They wanted to charge us $1200 for a full rack

Dallas support was always friendly, but their salespeople or agents never had time. We left a month ago and a big change
