Myanmar, good luck. Quite a bit of instability there, as far as the government goes.
For Cambodia, Lightnode works well. Their Phnom Penh POP is pretty decently connected.

You're not going to find many worthwhile options in Cambodia and Myanmar. These are unique locations. Bandwidth and electricity isn't cheap in these areas.
