I had an issue like that once when trying to set a project up. Couldn’t reinstall OS either until I tried installing windows then reinstalling Linux and everything worked ok
I don’t think that’s the best method though.

Got one L package but CPU is lower than advertised (even lower than 4 vCore):

Overall network speed and storage speed are good, but Im not happy with CPU performance because my use case (remote development) is more CPU and RAM related, although Im not running 100% CPU all the time, maybe 100 hours per month I use the CPU not even at 100% all the time.
Hopefully it get fixed.
Same here and I dont think so. CPU has ~80% less singe core performance then advertised. OK network speed, nice disk performance. This could be a great deal, except a CPU that is struggeling to keep up with a Xeon from the dark ages in GB6..
@PrepaidHost by the looks, the same problem with low CPU performance is as old as this thread. At this point I assume cheap false advertisement. Your website is full of nice looking GB6 scores, same goes for this thread / your original post.
The first time this was mentioned you had an excuse, new users settling, everyone does a benchmark and so on. How comes the same issues persist?
I'm going to speak up now. First of all: We will not advertise with any benchmarks again, this not only disappoints the customers but also us. We would actually have to examine in detail why the CPU is causing such problems. We operate more than 1000 customers and our own infrastructure in the cluster. There are only complaints about CPU problems from the LET bubble. This gives me the impression that it is because we advertised the offer with benchmarks. Nevertheless, new hardware has been ordered and will be delivered later this week. After we have hopefully installed it next week, we will see where the problem lies, on the system where your servers are located.
