    Looks so from the descriptions.

  • Any plans in restocking BudgetKVMCA-1?

    Yes, definitely

NDTN said: Current customers can apply for the double promotion by extending their service for another 3 years, subject to node resource availability.

Gonna repost this (and enter giveaway, duh) so maybe someone will see it. Not many providers give promos to old clients as everyone is hunting new one ;')

Does this apply to plans which are in the same category but not listed?

So like the storage plans outside of JP and AZ?

Can they be extended by 3 years for double storage

Just purchased an Arizona storage VPS! Hopefully the double SATA storage and bandwidth will automatically apply.

Guess not...The order went through fine (did not use a VPN) but now I got an email askingTo verify this order, please send us a proof which has your name and address such as ID, passport, electricity bill, utility bill, or bank statement.... I don't send that kind of personal information to anyone so I guess I'm out of luck. :/

rip, I tried to order and my order is cancelled/fraud right away, no vpn. let's wait what they gonna say in ticket #761271. hopefully still can get that jp 16GB

edit: ticket went trough, already paid now. exited to see the activation. YABS soon

Did you send the ID proof ?

nope, no ID was required in my ticket

In my ticket they want me to send pictures of my credit card, if not they said they will have to refund my order. The credit card company already let the charge go through so this must be some extra GreenCloud policy. Not worth the hassle... I guess GreenCloud and I are not meant to be :|

send pictures of my credit card

    Ummm...

    Does greencloud hate PCI?
That is even more of a no no than their KYC and what they pulled on me(legit ip, email from Gmail and ancient as hell, used PayPal which was in good standing and with a well known bank across Aussie and NZ, they still KYC'd me).
Sorry but nobody in their right minds is going to give any of that information out.

I know it's rude to do this but this does and should be called out. This is ridiculous.

    Asking for a bill, sure.
Asking for photo ID... I don't think so.

Asking for a credit card photo? You're insane.

They do this often, reach out to NDTN thru DM or just reply that you're not comfortable providing this and 90% chance they'll just activate it

your VPS is already enjoying a discount, so double promotion cannot be applied on top of that.

    Was worth a shot

What did you try to do?

nothing really , I just asked them if I can change my billing to triannual (for double ram)for a discounted vps they said no , but I guess that is ok
