The server costed me around 147 EUR for 1 year + 9.99 EUR setup.. And I am selling it for 140 EUR. How come I am making profit?

I dunno about rules but you are making profit considering 12 months would be 120€ based on original price and setup. It's a different story you bought it for €y.
If you feel this is a good price to let it go, you are right to ask that per community rules.
Whether it will actually sell for not is a different story.
I am confident if this was NVME based config, you would have got much more than your ask.

The profit is something I ask more than I paid. I paid 147 EUR flat with TAX. 9.99 EUR is setup charges as I said. So clearly no profit for me.

take this as a lesson learned.
Its easy to get a rush to make a quick sale and profit.
Its unfortunate that you are in this situation. You feel betrayed and hurt. The emotions are running high. Totally understand to be on that side (have been scaffed with providers going kaput after making annual payments/ stop responding - providers that community considered the best). I know exactly what you feel.
Give it some time. Take a break from here for a couple days. If you are meant to get the proceeds, you will get it.
All me and others are again trying to say is beware and do your due diligence. If you had been a part of this community just 3 months ago, you would have seen why we are raising red flags on new members joining, making shitposts comments to overcome the 25 limit and post in service transfers to buy/ sell.
This community has been built on trust. Sure, there are good and bad apples everywhere... Do not let that ruin your experience.
Again, take this as a lesson learned.
