    Its (almost) resolved. We Just Monitor now since arround a hour.

    The ddos started 4 days ago and got more more Massive. There was no Impact before Yesterday.

    We where also closely working with all downstream customers, our upstreams and all (anti ddos Provider)

    The thing i have been Yesterday and Today almost full time.

    I have seen in flow analyzers. Running Attack for hours. And all the time when mitigated then it stopped Like 5-10min, modified and started again.

    But we also track down acteurs as i run some honeypots and have some Hits from there for port scans from the usual suspect Networks before The ddos started.

    Hopefully i can tomorrow solve all Ticket backlog.

    i continue to have same issues with him. my vps is down over a week. he does nothing. likely i'll file with paypal for refund. the worst service and problems i have seen with any vps.

    Hello, I'm not sure if this right place/topic for this, but

    HostSlick have terrible Support service, my VPS does not work for few days for sure, maybe even two weeks. Support ignored my messages at Support Desk.

    How should this be understood?

    I have 4 servers offline since at least 1st Jan when I noticed and opened a ticket. Unmanageable (don’t appear in) via the console.

    Can SSH connect to my 1TB VPS over both IPv4 and IPv6, though not using port 22. Can you ping/mtr the address from where you are?

    VNC is a somewhat indirect access, can you ping/mtr OUT from the server once logged in over VNC?

    I don't have an interest other than 1 VPS, but black/block lists are notoriously unreliable. If I query the ASN (or IP of my own VPS) directly on spamhaus.org it happily reports 'has no issues', let's not jump to conclusions.

    It’s specifically designed for “bulletproof” hosts such as @HostSlick advertises himself. Ones that repeatedly attract valid abuse reports. Go look at his paid advertisements on HackForums right now and the company he surrounds himself with. It’s never an accident being placed on that list, but it’s possible to be removed.

    Don't mistake it for blind loyalty. Seeing hostslick having these issues sucks and doesn't inspire confidence. I'm just fortunate it seems to be mainly aroudn vps/shared hosting and doesn't affect me as a dedi customer.

    You can call freedom garbage, I call the mainstream garbage. Have you turned on a television or watched an advertisement lately? Until the law says people can't have an opinion, let them have it.

    Think about it like this: I pay for a server and want it to stay online, and I want that decision to be between me, the hoster, and the law. Not emails signed by fake law firms and CCing NGOs.
