Looking for dedicated servers in Finland or colo

Looking for next specs:
- Something like Intel E-2336 or AMD that is about the same specs +/-
- 16 GB ram
- Any disk (cheapest option)
- Dedicated 1GBps port (unmetered)
- Decent network and peering
Budget: ~200$/mo. Long term contracts are fine.
If no dedis are available. I am open to colo, preferably with option to buy hardware directly. Wish DataPacket had servers in Finland

Why isn't coloing with Hetzner an option? They seem a reputable party to do business with, and they offer relatively cheap transport to e.g. Radiokatu, where you could pick up connectivity. Inter.link for example I am aware of expanding there.
Hetzner is already in use for other purposes. In this scenario it does not meet the requirements, or to to put it other way the project does not meet the Hetzner requirements.

If you are looking for something close to Colombia, I have a location in Ecuador (next to Colombia), I can offer you Dedicated, Cloud and Colocation, we are located in the Cirion and Ufinet Datacenters, it is worth mentioning that the costs in Latam are unfortunately a bit high.

Oh jajajaja, I hadn't understood. I read it several times, and it turned out to be Google's auto-translator, which translated "COLO" to "COLOMBIA" when converting it to my language.

as myself for now, i also will not recommended your services
it is very cheap indeed for $1/year on shared hosting
but the downtime is insane, no explanation of anything

I think I checked them in the past and if I remember correctly they did resell someone, but perhaps I am wrong and will check again out.
Amazing. Thanks for both finds. It is low chance that I will pick up M247, but lets see what they have to offer. I hate that you have to contact them via email and speak with sales instead of getting prices directly.
