@awmbilisim said: If you had a problem, you could have sought a solution by creating a support request.

Support to do what exactly? As if you don't already know about regular outages, unless you're in complete denial. No, seriously, your service is the worst of the worst. Oversold, ancient nodes and a network with the stability of dial-up.

I actually opened a support ticket at some point in the past. The response I received was:

"The service downtime was not as you stated. There was only an issue with the existing prefix, and it was not a general problem affecting our company. We wish you good use."

Completely useless support response, do you agree? But there was more. For example, about a year ago, you claimed on LET that IPv6 was available. I opened a support ticket to request it and got the following response:

"Currently, all our subnets are assigned to customers. New subnets will be active next week."

I knew it was a bullshit response. For example, a single /64 IPv6 subnet contains 65,536 /80 subnets, but anyway... Two weeks later, I reopened the ticket to request it again. No response. A month later, I reopened the ticket once more. Still no response.
It was obvious that you and your team had lied again and that there was no IPv6 at all. So I stopped asking, since you ignored support tickets anyway.

You can say whatever you want, but your service is truly the worst of the worst. There hasn't been a single month without at least a few days of outages. Sometimes 5 to 20 outages in a month, sometimes outages lasting several days. It was so bad that I didn't even use it. For a whole year, it just spammed my uptime monitors, and that was it.

  • @cybertech said: the topic states "opinion" not "court case" so ok, how about you provide some evidence that you have served 1,000 members through LET

That's actually possible. Their and Repuc's 8/12/24GB memory deals for peanuts created a short-term boom when almost everyone, including MJJs, tried their luck. Both threads were huge. During that time, they were selling like hotcakes.
After one year, those non-functional yearly prepaid services expired, and we got @awmbilisim back on the forum now. :)

We have always strived to provide the best service without any price increases or customer dissatisfaction, and we will continue to do so.

Useless numbers if you cannot prove it :D If you really do have 1000 LET customers it is obvious that none of them wanted you to return :D

    Check the recent feedbacks.

Edit: Seems @balhost also works with them, interesting.

We do not have any relationship with any other company. We operate our own datacenter in Istanbul. Please refrain from providing misleading information.

I mean you had a relationship with them at least. Isn't this you? Saying you don't have any relationship is different than saying you had relationship with them. Just saying.

    And this is the proof:

You can simply use translate. "2U Rack Case Purchased" this is a shopping trade point. I think we bought 2U server case before i don't even remember. So depending your explanation, if you bought a item from ebay before, you have a relationship with ebay and work with them. Just saying. Anyways, please stop making wrong information about our company.

    Greetings,

The screenshot was sent to us by a teammate working in the sales department. Although we do not have any affiliation with any provider or person mentioned in this thread, it was strange that you asked the owner of our company to live support and that you checked our social media accounts through your ex-employees

    Regards.

    @awmbilisim
"No" is a sentence and a word by itself.

No one owes you any justification.

You choose to ignore customers tickets @Mumbly has proved that.

Why should we as a community trust you?

You claim 1000s of LET customers have used your services. Prove that providing the admin/ mod team with the list. If you are what you claim to be, why would they not allow you here?

Now, if you write another comment justifying your actions, it is simply meaning you are digging a deep hole.

At this moment, to save any further embarrassment to your brand, either provide the said proof to thr mods/ admins and wait for them to decide.

There iss no further discussion possible with your company.

  • It seems successfully running a Turkish host is not possible unless the name starts with B—Bacloud, Berohost, Batucloud, Balhost, Bulutistan, and whatever blablahost there is.
