No documents to tell you how to set up access keys or connect to bucket from outside. What use is this? Any other s3 service I've used created the key pair for you. Can someone explain?
We do answer in tickets within few minutes, let us know in the ticket if you managed to setup the keys, and if you have other questions
Just setup account and had a few issues which have been resolved. These guys have outstanding customer support and very fast response times. They are adding new features to make the server easier to use. Thanks for the great job!

Was want to benchmark speed test it but currently limited by my 1Mbps plan of my mobile phone plan.
I cancelled my service, doesn't work and can't get solved by support.
We assisted you in resolving an issue, and you confirmed it was working. Later, you informed us that it no longer works but provided no additional context. Please keep in mind that the service is currently in BETA, so issues with the web interface can occur. If you could share the details of the issue in a ticket, we would be happy to re-provision your service and assist you in resolving it.
I never confirmed it was working. I only thanked you for resolving the confusion with creating keys. Go back and read my tickets. I reported that no matter how I tried to connect it was always 'denied'. All information you supplied I used. You never did give me the region info because some connections asked for the region.
Share more context about where you are trying to setup the bucket,in the ticket, and we will guide you through the setup process
