Hostslick down for anyone else?

My VPSes with HostSlick are currently down, and I am unable to access their user panel. Aside from logging into the account, any other page (like ticket opening) just gives 503 or 524 errors.

    Virtual Passive Server, yes.

    It's also a Virtually Parked Server.

    Ditto storage VM down here. Was able to access virtualizor panel 18 hours ago which displayed as 'Suspended VPS', but now that times out too. It did seem to be suspended, i.e. VNC would display an unresponsive login screen with the correct hostname.

    Raised a ticket yesterday but it's not been updated since....

    Yes.

    I can access their website, Client Area, and the Virtualizor panel.

    Got a notification from my synthetic monitors 7 minutes ago that it's back!
    Sucks that it took them nearly 24 hours to bring stuff back up :sweat_smile:

    Thanks for the update, back up here, almost exactly 24 hours down. Not so good there was no announcement in the client area or "we're working on it" to tickets, given it's not a weekend.

  • nothing but trouble from hostslick since i bought bf sale. i have had to reinstall 3 times and he does not answer tickets in a timely manner. now i can't even reinstall as mine shows location not found. very frustrating and very poor service

  • Hopefully unrelated, but their downstream client @Hostshield_LTD has been having issues... This is getting annoying. Thank god I'm loadbalancing.

    This has been going on for the last two days.

    I have a client that I support and there he had a proxy, so the website was loading very slowly, our technical team optimized the server, put a cache and still the website loaded very slowly, we checked the proxy server and it was the proxy network, the proxy was changed and the websites load fast, something is happening in the network that is very slow

    Had to move my proxies from Hostslick and their downstream over to Terrahost. I love proxying setups.

  • My VPS in the same DC had some serious packet loss yesterday and today. It seems to be better now, but that was earlier today also and it returned. Created a ticket to my hoster, they say that it was known and they were working on a solution.

    How I love hosters that have status pages and put messages on there... (sarcasm...)
