I have 2 VMs from https://metrovps.com/products/vps.
Using them for over a year, rock solid with fast and nice support. They seem to use VirtFusion, but their own in-house panel for management.
I've also seen https://tomattos.com/cloud-vps/ but cannot vouch since I haven't used.
MetroVPS does promotions from time to time, so if you can wait, totally worth it.
i only know good hosting company from Bangladesh is xeonbd.
