    I believe it was upgraded yesterday. If you are not seeing the new resources, please update the ticket and include its password so that we can see why the OS is not seeing the new RAM, CPU cores and disk space...

    I have questions, for communication between server using the Private IP, does it have a limit or a restriction in place such as it has a Bandwidth limit?
    As I'm planning to have the server communicate with each other without using any VPN and I know it will follow the server port speed (1Gb/s).

    I think Telstra simply does not have direct local peering with NTT in Japan. They also do not have direct local peering with PLDT in Philippines. It also does not have direct local peering with HKT in Hong Kong. Strangely, they also do not have direct local peering with all Malaysia ISPs which is next door to Singapore. Will you be bringing back PCCW to make up what Telstra is lacking? Though I also do not know if PCCW has direct peering with these domestics ISPs...

    You are correct. They don't have any peering with them anywhere in South East Asia. After some back and forth with them, they said that NTT has not accepted their peering request. NTT is a bit picky about that. I think they are just simply buying NTT routes from NTT at a data center in San Jose...

    Yes, PCCW will be activated again as soon as they solve several problems.

    Here's the thing about PCCW though: they are very slow at resolving problems. It does drive us here quite crazy to deal with them...

    We are also in conversation with NTT;

    Try it now. It is corrected. It seems one of the servers in the load balanced server pool was having some issues sending proper data to Stripe...

    We took the bad server out of the pool and the other servers are now handling the orders fine.
