I require two VPS instances with 1 CPU core and 1GB of RAM,Asian traffic to guarantee
I require two VPS instances with 1 CPU core and 1GB of RAM, priced at around $10-15 per year. These should be situated on the West Coast of the United States, in locations such as Los Angeles, San Jose, or Spokane. It is essential that the VPS providers offer optimized routing for Asian traffic to guarantee a fluid network experience, minimal downtime, and consistent reliability.

Recommend RackNerd. @dustinc did mention that their LA servers are optimised for Asian traffic.

We could do it in Spokane for ~$17
By Asia Optimization, if you mean China line like 4134 or 4837 or CN2, then no, we don't have that, but we are optimised towards Asia as a whole as we use NTT.
AS9929 or AS4809 ?
You need to increase your budget 3 to 4 times
If $15 allows me to try out a unit, and if it works well, I will continue to purchase. What are the specifications? NTT's network doesn't align well with China Telecom, but I'm willing to give your product a try. Thank you.
you can try a unit for just $1.65

I haven't tried it, but SoftShellWeb has an offer for $16.95 for an Asia-optimized network. Also one of the few providers who has service in Taiwan.
