In all seriousness, it’s amazing how this person has managed to completely destroy their reputation in a way that seems irreparable right now. Even the supposed "acquisition," which was clearly meant to rebrand and start anew, isn’t helping much.

The way that's phrased makes it sound like he ever had positive reputation.
He started by reselling IP ranges with a 3 month lead time, so he'd take your money, go and rent the IPs from someone else and then eventually let you use them.
He started by claiming to have a 20 year old business and his own datacentre, and when people looked into the company, the domain name was less than a year old and the company was registered as his mum's sewing business and the datacentre appeared to be a garage in a residential area.
His services were known for having terrible network connectivity from the start.
He charged several multiples above the standard low-end rates, presumably to try to exude some kind of premium vibe from his pricing, but the services were very much at the very bottom of low-end.
I'd say he's maintaining exactly the same level of reputation he always had.
