No, fuck. !
Everyone loves @emgh bobs and vagine
Don't worry, you didn't miss anything /s
I enjoy the horse racing in the forest, where there are white and black horses. It's hard to imagine how they manage it at that moment.
One of my most touching scenes...
In the RoTK..
When Aaragon is being crowned and he comes to the Hobbits and says
"You bow to no one"
Brings my hair up and tears me up inside....
Cheers for that. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting too old for this shit. Real life has become such of a distraction.
Someone rightly said
you snooze, you loose
@Saragoldfarb missed ya
But it will be back tomorrow @host_c promised.
Yeah and this had a different resemblance at one time
πππ
@plumberg
LotR vs GoT?
Deserved.
If I had to choose, LoTR
GoT went batshit towards the end...
What about ya?
The adventures of the dwarves in The Lord of the Rings thrilled and excited me! Their houses blend so perfectly with nature on the outside, yet are fully equipped on the inside. The other storylines were also great, but the dwarves' part left the deepest impression on me.ππ―
We talking cosplay now? I'm somewhat confused.
+1 for furry feet though.
You mean Hobbits?
M confused too a bit.. but hey all good here βΊοΈ
I like that scene, too!
Yeah, can't decide.
Just talking about the screen versions and not novels, and without the last season of GoT.
I'm happy that both exist.
Another one coming close is..
When Aaragon is at the Black Gates and charges against the orcs "For Frodo"...
Anyone into Vikings?
I've always wanted my hair braided like Lagartha.
π― agree. Both are not apples to apples comparison
But both stand out in their own way (like you said barring last season of GoT)
I felt the LOTR screen and novels were easy to follow along compared to GoT.
I am a big fan of Audio books and they bring out a different level of entertainment. The voice/ audio come together and paint a beautiful picture in your minds.
I didn't find it as captivating with GoT novels. Maybe a newer narrator is available π€
But all in all, both stand well.
I think GoT had more iconic scenes/episodes than Lotr but the overall experience of Lotr is untouchable.
Basically all episodes directed by Miguel Sapochnik were the absolute top of TV: The gift, hardhome, battle of the bastards, the winds of winter
How to train the dragons GoT me interested in dem vikings...
Same. She's damn sexy. I just finished the last season. Didn't get to watch it for quite some time but finally binged my way through it.
Hated the final episode though.
Well, all MS are great.
