I read it somewhere here that the $11.11 plan isn't transferable. Even if it is, most people will not let it go easily especially in the APAC locations.
Otherwise, you can look for their 2222-JP plan which costs 22/year or $60/3 years, but they aren't available at any time unlike their budget and premium plans.
