Not about the G11s, but block storage supported from from G10 & G11 (G9.5 below is not supported) except for piko VPS even piko VPS is G11.

1 GB is an overkill if for that task only.
Much smaller VPS will be enough - I used NAT VM from @Cam for that and was also able to run my Telegram bots there as well.

You will receive the invoice later. You will have a individual day of the month for all your invoices to be generated. You can check this date in the customercontrolpanel under invoices.

My best guess is that the VPS piko G11s 12M is on a special node where the CPU is oversold and we therefore get a lot lower GeekBench score compared to normal G11s VPSs.
Disk and network speed is decent so it still has its use cases.
