    holy crap i actually won.... i didnt think that would happen.
    This is my first time winning something at LET, im curious on how does claiming the prize work?

    @FAT32 On a very serious note, how do you manage to work a full-time job (I am assuming), while managing these mega threads? All we see is the outer part of it, but, co-ordinating with multiple providers, on the private thread you mentioned and otherwise, on top of several other responsibilities.

    How do you manage time? Would love some tips from you, @dustinc, @angstrom and several other providers here that have done a great job at managing their times and taking care of customers and members and what not. Any specific method or books you'd recommend?
