    I have a ticket unanswered for over a week already, and my server is pretty much unusable in this state.

    I got a VM in each of your locations (NYC/ASH/DAL) and only NYC went as it should. ASH took over a month for deployment (0 updates from you until I opened a ticket and had to wait, of course) and Texas' network has been shit since I got it setup, pretty much unusable.

    I honestly thought you were one of the premium good providers here, but I can certainly say you're not. And it's not about paying promotional price or not, but anyone that buys your standard plans will have the same shit experience.

    Uptime is great, the SSD is a much better improvement over the HDD but recently I can't get over 20mbps upload.

    Lodged a ticket a few days ago but haven't heard anything back yet.

    I missed the ssd upgrade last time. Hdd was exactly in double digits. For the price cannot complain

    Once the upload speed is sorted I think I'll be happy again.
    Right now it's kinda unusable because a lot of it's use currently is proxying / network traffic related

    I am sure things will settle soon.

    Uptime is great, the SSD is a much better improvement over the HDD but recently I can't get over 20mbps upload.

    Lodged a ticket a few days ago but haven't heard anything back yet.
