    where's the looking glass or test ip?

    You can check it through the link below:
    https://lg.monovm.com/

    proxied ON cloudflare? hemmm. why?

    Due to the fact that we source our services from various providers, we are unable to share the root IP. As a result, we've implemented proxies on our IPs. However, please note that our test files are hosted on the root servers, ensuring no latency during downloads.

    What's the purpose of a looking glass then?

    +1 It's cloudflared how we are test and check then?

    You can use the looking glass to ping your own subnet, and then look at traffic trace to determine where the ping comes from.
    For the following commands, you need to change the subnet to a routed subnet toward your own network.
    You could do the same for IPv4 if you have a /24 lying around or you probe one location at a time.

    sudo tcpdump -w 1.pcap 'net 3fff:bce:d36f:597d:6e73:301e:8951::/112'

    I=0; for R in "Switzerland" "Germany" "Uinited Kingdom" "France" "Netherlands" "Netherlands-NVMe" "Sweden" "Finland-NVMe" "Denmark" "Romania" "Austria" "Poland" "Russia" "New York" "Los Angeles" "Chicago" "Florida" "Canada" "Singapore" "Hong Kong" "United Arab Emirates" "Australia"; do
      I=$((I+1))
      Q=3fff:bce:d36f:597d:6e73:301e:8951:$(printf %x $I)
      sleep 1
      curl "https://lg.monovm.com/?command=ping&protocol=ipv6&query=$Q&router=$R" &>/dev/null &
    done; wait

    These are what we got:

    location IP ASN
    Switzerland 2001:ac8:28:a0:0:1:29b7:688f 9009
    Germany 2001:ac8:20:3900:0:2:162:4e3c 9009
    Uinited Kingdom 2001:ac8:8b:e::e0c:d98e 9009
    France 2001:ac8:25:de::a0f:dcb7 9009
    Netherlands (unreachable)
    Netherlands-NVMe (unreachable)
    Sweden 2001:ac8:59:95:0:1:1db4:c78 9009
    Finland-NVMe (unreachable)
    Denmark 2001:ac8:37:6f:0:1:2fde:2647 9009
    Romania 2a04:9dc0:c1:144:0:2:208f:866c 9009
    Austria 2001:ac8:29:1a:0:1:3759:3ed5 9009
    Poland 2a0d:5600:13:c51:0:1:2fb8:5667 9009
    Russia (unreachable)
    New York 2a0d:5600:24:ff21:0:1:5707:adf 9009
    Los Angeles 2a0d:5600:8:2e:0:1:2ba5:2d10 9009
    Chicago 2a02:748:4000:18:0:1:feb:59d8 29802
    Florida 2604:4500:6:10b:0:1:9290:8fc5 29802
    Canada 2001:19c0:1::847 36666
    Singapore (unreachable)
    Hong Kong 2001:ac8:92::1:40af:9f16 9009
    United Arab Emirates 2001:ac8:81:45:0:1:1638:7951 9009
    Australia 2001:ac8:84:8:0:2:535c:e1ae 9009

    That "Uinited Kingdom" seems a typo but it's how it's spelled in the API.
    "(unreachable)" means we don't see an ICMPv6 packet toward our target address.

    ASN column is what we observe from AS200690.
    MonoVM is not entirely M247 reseller.
    Chicago and Florida are on Hivelocity.
    Canada is on GloboTech Communications.

  • To add to @yoursunny's list

    location IP ASN
    Finland 212.237.217.172 57043 (HOSTKEY)
    Russia 31.192.107.141 57043 (HOSTKEY)

    Else are just dead. Singapore is likely M247, Netherlands could be M247 or Hostkey

    The last sentence tells me you have no idea what you're talking about at all.

    I too facepalmed when they said that there is no latency added from the proxies...

  • The provider fee is strong in this one.

  • Before "discount": Over-overpriced.
    After "discount": Overpriced.

    I said "can reach", not "can be reached".
    I'm testing outbound ping or traceroute:
    https://lg.monovm.com/?command=trace&protocol=ipv6&query=2606:4700::&router=Switzerland
    The gateway address is M247.

    You are correct. Sorry, I misread what you wrote.
