You'd create a ticket, but why?

Probably a shit server. Had to cancel one of my LE-1s too, drives were bad (7 years running time), no lottery. Its an easy and hustle free way to get your money back

What age disks are you expecting to get with a KS server lol?

I guess I got lucky with mine as it only had 7TB written and a year running time, imo kinda new

How do OVH billing cycles work? Ordered server in mid November. Paid for a month. That takes me to mid December. A new invoice popped up and auto paid for the part-month to get me to Dec 31st. Expecting monthly invoices on the first of each month thereafter, but it still shows next due date as 1st January 2025. Anyone had this before? When do I need to put a centime in the meter?

Automatic renewal is enabled by default, for some reason.
If you added a payment method to your OVH account, they just keep renewing your shit.

Hmm, yes, I've got automatic renewal enabled, and want it that way. But since the period taking me up to the end of last year nothing's been invoiced.

Sounds like nobody else has had this "problem" (free server), so it's not meant to work this way.
