Their patreon tag was suspended (for basically the same reasons you are facing)
I have a $7/year VPS from Black Friday.
There were some issues at start, but support replied and fixed it relative fast.
(They delivered the service without disk)
I haven't been in contact with him since, but my idler still works.
Chargeback yesterday.
