About to hit the buy button on a lifetime deal.. Are you able to upgrade to more storage or more domains later for some one time fee or are you locked in?
This may be one of the toughest decisions in my life based upon the answer

Is anyone able to help out on the following queries? I will be a desktop email client SMTP/POP user if that changes anything.
Can you completely turn off spam filtering so you are guaranteed to receive all emails (regardless of content) that are sent to your domains?
Do all emails get SPAM or HAM headers with appropriate scores regardless so you can do local filtering in your preferred desktop e-mail client?
Do you configure by changing Name Servers or do you need to add appropriate DNS MX / TXT entries as required?
Does the system tell you what needs adding to your DNS records? e.g. MX, SPF/ DKIM and DMARC settings?
I have read the previous 50 odd pages and catch all is somewhat supported for receiving but if you want to send an email you must ensure the FROM header email address exists or has this aspect of catch all been addressed? Is this still the case for desktop email clients?
Are there any restrictions on the Cloud Storage - can you store any file type or does it have to be office documents only?

4) yes our DNS page does that nicely. We are automating cloudflare additions in the coming week or two.

Where to find docs? I looked at knowledge base, could not find information on DNS record details.
It’s within the cranemail portal where you created the domain. In the … menu there is a “dns records” link.

if the email hosting can't used for Cold email market, why need 600 emails per hour per domain? what's it use for?

Most personal users will never hit that, but a business with a couple dozen users (or even 100+ users) will hit that pretty quick (shipping notifications, order notifications, big CC lists with vendors, etc).

Would you do it via the SpamExperts control panel, the SmarterMail control panel or the NameCraneEmail control panel?
SmarterMail has the following options but it says you can't edit them in the demo so you can't set to the Default Actions to No Action? If these are important for my use can they be changed in the paid version?
Medium Probability of Spam weight = 20/ Default Action: Move to Junk Email folder
High Probability of Spam weight = 30 / Default Action: Move to Junk Email folder
Final question does the system tell you what to use for the host name / ip address for POP and SMTP access?
Apologies for the questions (it is probably obvious when you have a fully paid account in front of you to setup) I just want a basic understanding and the differences between the control panels before making a decision on what to purchase.

Not sure about the other questions, but iirc you can just use us1.workspace.org for IMAP/SMTP/POP

Just realized there are so many cool domains available for user portal login.
mails been having issues, its down right now.
What is down for you? I know spamexperts has some delays at the moment but they’re working through that.
