Whatever, I wish Calin and his customers that the attack(s) stops very soon.

what ever traffic hits your port, the provider / carrier WILL invoice it.
From the perspective of a carrier, thats all just traffic. They dont care if its DDOS or what ever. Actually you as a receiver define if traffic is wanted or unwanted. The carrier wont define that for you, if you did not tell them to do so.
Its traffic. You connected with them. They do their job and give you alllll the stuff that wants to come to you.
And of course they will charge you according to the contract.
