    Yup. I was really hoping to save up money to get trh 5070 when it launches in India. But, looking at the current scalping scene, I don't think that's gonna be possible anytime soon.
    Anyways can't afford Nvidia's more industrial GPUs that are recommended for AI.
    I have also been considering a Radeon if nothing else works since Ollama supports AMDGPU

    I dont know about ollama supporting AMD but generally all the llms are based on nvidias cuda technology only r1 is different making it easier to run on amd gpus too

    Yah, it is true. Nvidia was farsighted with its CUDA tech that helps AI a lot. AMD does lack something as authentic as CUDA.
    But Ollama with the amd rocm package should do some good, though nothing as good as NVIDIA's CUDA. https://github.com/ollama/ollama/blob/main/docs/linux.md (Check under AMD GPU install)

    Im not gonna lie, i have listened to that song quite a number of times. I have also left the tab open and it just continued on to other AI songs. There are a lot of good tunes that thing has generated...

    AI is going to be nice for resturants and stores. Dont have to worry about any royalty payments and can just put on background AI music. Will drive customers crazy though as they wont be able to find the songs again if they hear a groovey tune :)

    Nice idea right there. Guess more restaurants, stores and even malls are gonna be running LLMs locally soon.

    Speaking of USPS issues, a day ago, one of my acquaintances just sent me a tracking number with usps for something they mailed in December to 2 states away.

    The package has been going back and forth between his state and the destination since early December about every 3 days.

    I think the tracking page is going to max out on updates sometime soon..
