I can give you some as a now 3-months user: I have two VPSs with them and they have been working for all times I needed them to. They are doing their job and for the price I honestly thinking it's a good deal.
First one they doubled really quick bandwidth and ram. Second one took a while and if I'm not mistaken it wasn't replied here (there were too many replies when I did) but they kept their word.
After having bad experiences with other providers I'm happy with them
The ram an bandwidth have already been doubled yesterday. I don't leave feedback on every order so as to avoid unnecessarily spamming the forum.
You can easily check your own VPS to see if it has been done or not. Yours was done yesterday.
Remember that there is a section in the account manager that shows what you are being billed for. The is another section called VPS Information that shows what you are getting. Its in the graphs section. There is bandwidth Statistics and System Statistics that show what you are actually getting. You can also login to your VPS and see the amount of ram you are getting.
99% of everybody here has received the double bandwidth and double ram within 24 hours of posting their invoice.

Excuse me, but my server has not rebooted and still has 8 GB of RAM (iam double check it and reboot server manually, no effect)..
just check how many times i am posted invoice 193590, from 24 jan... sry about asking but all this time i am waiting for reboot( and no way to run smth at production way

Your server currently has 16GB of ram and 16 TB of bandwidth and has been that way for some time. If you need more help then please submit a ticket so I can look into it further.

For anyone else reading this only took a few minutes to fix once a ticket was submitted. The Virtualizor panel did not apply the settings the first time so I had to change the settings and apply and then change them again and apply.
I have 8 servers with them and everything is just fine, highly recommended!

Someone give me a reason not to grab this deal a third time, its so solid, btw if their website being slow makes you nervous, the vps and your sites are still fast and without issue (their website for buying and setting up the vps loads extremely slow for me)

The last week it has been slow to load both on my phone and laptop browser, I just tried and its way faster, could've been a temp issue, from California if that matters. Like it took 10-15 seconds for any click, its fast like any site now.
