Is the offer valid only for Russia location?
russia only and no ipv6 for the first 4 offers, confusing advertisement
Near the location name is a back arrow that allows you to go back and pick a different location. Other locations have slightly different pricing, but still discounted with the code, which is why the offer description says "Price: from...".
One USD more for some of those rare locations isn't that expensive, to be fair. Discount code above overrides the payment period discount, though, so there's not much incentive to prepay for a year or something.
IPv6 is available (one /128 address by default), except for some individual locations (your default pick is Dataline DC, which does not have IPv6 that's why you see 0 IPv6).
Promo code doesn't work for Capella IPv6 Only in Dallas Texas. Still shows $7.14 instead of $4.28. Also not cool to sneak in at checkout NVMe I/O 700 MB/sec. Should be more clear and also what's the point of getting a nvme VPS if you can't get nvme speeds?
