Does KVM require more memory than OVZ?
Yes since you're running your own kernel.
It requires more memory, but you also don't lose memory because of OpenVZ's crap memory accounting on the .18 kernels.
And you have swap also

KVM3 and KVM4 have identical pricing, I would guess that is a mistake due to the resources available on KVM4 :P
Do you have test files / IPs for your 3 locations? Your LEB listing only includes Pennsylvania.
