PAGE 1000!
Is the backpack that cheap?
Yay. Now where is the giveaway?
The one running Alpine? How much is it to renew? And, are you running any projects there, currently? Guess not.
Timed that perfectly, bud! Love you, guys! I really enjoyed my time here. Let's wait for Dustin to see this.
I was saying like more than that I thing maybe 25-30 but can't confirm
Its 1 Gb ram so renewal is like €11 without vat/taxes.
I cant renew because FastSpring recently removed support for iDeal payments. Dustin is looking into this for me
Oh, yah, I remember you saying there was an issue with iDeal. Hope it is cleared soon. And, any great plans for the VPS once renewed?
I might upgrade it to 2 Gb and idk what im going to host on it then
Congratulations to everyone! We have finally made it
A great way to close out the rack nerd hype thread. Almost down to the wire!
And... I've been on page 1000! I can say, its much better to not have to skip 20 pages each time I open the page
Maybe a small minecraft server, but i dont play a lot
My nvme enclosure arrived today. Its good. The speeds are fine from nvme to sata ssd. Copied 67Gb of virtual machine in around 3 to 4 minutes.
TrK was last seen on Page 1000......
This copy speed using USB Type-C 3.2 port or any other?
1000 Finally
Its type c to usb 3.0 i think. Its old laptop from friend. Max it supports is 5Gbps as per specs.
Oh, ok. Then, I guess, a USB C port won't make much of a difference. Anyways, doesn't matter. I plan to plug it into a USB 2 port.
In for page 1000!
Technically it does, on a type a gen3.1 i only seen mine go around 4-5gbps but on type c 3.2 it surely go past that, touched 8gbps but couldn't cross it......
Wow, page 1k!
and the OG's back...
Oh ok. So, I guess, it would atleast support close to 3.1 gen 2 speeds on a good day. Just checked the listing. It's advertised as 3.2 10gbps.
They've given high speed cables as well, type c to usb, and type c to type c. , along with a nice pouch to carry this device.
So far I'm satisfied. Don't know how long this wiill last, but build quality and everything else seems fine.
What is a good CPM for ad providers?
Yup. Seen some reviews mentioning that.
Apart from the gap between the thermal pad and the outer aluminum case everything was outright great and exceeded expectations. But that gap is driving me nuts.... maybe i will just slice the outer layer and have it hold in place with some clips......
There was some gap between them? The case felt tight after inserting the thermal pad on the drive, so I thought the pad and case are touching each other.
Yay!
well technically there will always be gap between them as long as it's a sliding case, if the thermal pad touched the outermost case guess what will happen to the thermal pad when pushing? it will all be rolled up and might damage the ssd. The only reason i regret my case is due to this, might have been better i have gotten for a better one without any sliding case.
