Looking for stable EU host with good Anti-DDoS

Recently, I've been hit with a DNS amplification attack. I think this because the attacker sent a screenshot showing "attack type: DNS" and because Cloudflare panel showed high request count even though I don't proxy any traffic through them.
Not sure of the actual size of it, but one host suspended my machine for "traffic abuse" and attached the following screenshot:
Later, I also noticed this in the Cloudflare dashboard (because I have other server attached to this domain and I manage it with Cloudflare):
I want to replace the heartbeat IT's NL-AMD-RYZEN-5000-4C-8GIB-200GIB-16TIB plan that I have. I've been really happy with it until this attack, but they don't advertise DDoS protection, so it's fair.
Machine will be used for personal site and services hosting.
Reverse proxy, uptime kuma, mail. That kind of things.
Minimum requirements:
- 4 vCores of Ryzen 5000 or Epyc
- 8GB RAM
- 200GB SSD (NVMe or not)
- 1Gbit+ port. 10TB+ traffic
- Good Anti-DDoS that can mitigate what I've been attacked with and more
- Allows SMTP unlock. I need this server also for personal mail and server alerts mail
- Reverse DNS
- Any EU is fine. NL, UK or DE better though
- Monthly billing
- Around 10 euro/month price
I've seen that OVH Game line is one of the best for Anti-DDoS, so maybe an OVH reseller will be my best option?

Pretty low price for a high resource VPS with super great DDoS mitigation. Reselling OVH doesn't make money, it's why hosts that resell their network don't last long if they're cheap.

Since they have good customization, I took 1Gbit 4c8gb in NL. 40GB storage because it seems you can upgrade easily later.
Compared to the VPS I want this to replace, CPU is considerably slower (Xeon Gold 6152 vs Ryzen 9 5950X), but maybe it will be enough for me, I will test...
The best option is to buy directly from OVH. It’s advisable to increase your budget. OVH is one of the most affordable and stable services available when you need DDoS protection, and it is well-known for its excellent customer service. I'm not sure about the availability of the SMTP port in some aeras, so I recommend contacting their support team to confirm.
The problem with that is that I usually pay with crypto and OVH is one of the only hostings that also asks for KYC. I don't want to provide any documents at all and they don't take crypto, so my only option in that regard would be their resellers.
RoyaleHosting seems not much worse though. They also have a nice panel that, even though in beta for now, shows blocked attacks, has rules, etc.
