Need Server for Live Streaming & Gaming

What should I use: a Dedicated Server or a VPS/VDS? I am mentioning my requirements below.
I need two servers for different purposes:
- I need one server to run three live streams on YouTube using OBS at 30 FPS.
- I need another server where I can run six instances of Free Kirin Games on BlueStacks simultaneously.
(I tried the server:
- 8 AMD EPYC Milan cores (3 dedicated, 5 fair-shared cores)
- 32 GB DDR4 RAM
- 125 GB NVMe Storage
- 8 TB bandwidth
It was able to run three instances smoothly, but after that, the server started slowing down. Also, its price is $29, but I need something in the $25.)

I'd personally recommend a dedicated server with a GPU.
Offload the livestreaming to GPU acceleration gives you more room for your other applications.
For Fire Kirin, this has 6 dedicated Epyc 7352; I assume you are currently on HostHatch? Check the multi-thread benchmarks for both processors.

This plan claims to offer 14 dedicated Epyc cores for $23 / month. I still don't have it in my affiliated catalog because it requires some special work to import, but it would be cool if someone could test it and report back any benchmarks!
I currrently have the BF unified slim package with 4 dedicated cores and 4tb storage for 20$, its pretty decent for my usecase (media server/encoding)

The servers are fully configurable the way you need them. Also later if you need to upgrade.

I am already using your High CPU 2Cores-8GB-80GB PAR1 package. I currently have three active VPS with your service, and they are working perfectly for normal tasks.
I also took a Dedicated CPU test server from you (Ryzen Dedicated Cloud Server 4Core-16GB-480GB PAR1) and provided it to a customer. However, according to the customer, while live streaming on your server, the FPS was only 10-15, so I ended up providing them with a Hetzner server instead.
