They haven't responded to anyone's tickets in over 3 months, since the time @Auroraa was last active on LET.
Company has been running on autopilot since then, but all payment methods were removed at some point, so invoices cannot be paid and servers are automatically suspended once payment is due.
If anyone still actually has servers with them (like mine which were on a 6 month billing cycle), backup your data ASAP.

It's such a shame. Got some great deals and service was rock solid for the first few months. Would have kept these servers forever if I could.
