Anyone facing issue with datawagon server.

Server is not working and their Panel is also not working.
What to do now?

    Update: Server is up and panel is working now. But no update yet regarding the outage.

    There was a partial outage in New York caused by human error when racking new machines. It was fixed within 30 minutes, and all tickets were responded to with an explanation.
