Most of the time, if we see a client consistently using a lot of their CPUs, we'll reach out to you and we can work with you, on a case by case basis. You won't get shut down. We have plenty of CPU capacity...
how to see how much bandwidth you have left?
Oh, as for virtual dedicated servers, can you DM us here and we can discuss that? We've been planning on adding such packages and would love to hear about your needs.
Invoice #823290.
Please Double. Thank You!
In our portal at https://portal.serverpoint.com, click on "virtual server" on the left menu, then "manage your virtual servers".
Next to the listing of your server, there is a chart icon. In there, it will show how much you have used.
We will be releasing improvements to that interface that will include daily historical usage, how much is left, etc.
Which location do you think is the most reliable as of network uptime except Dallas?
My guess is Ashburn since it's operated by NTT. You're not just in a barn full of horses, but in this case the horse runs the barn (AS2914).
So, Ashburn, VA is considered the "data center alley of the US". It has a very high concentration of data centers, and thus, it has a high concentration of interconnected networks.
Our network providers there are NTT and Cogent and the data center is a very modern, stable facility run by NTT, previously, RagingWire. NTT acquired them a few years ago...
But as for stability and network uptime, all of our locations are the same. We don't really experience downtime; it's quite rare.
I ordered the LET-DISK 1, but I only get 10GB. I've sent you a support ticket
We'll get it fixed.
The disk is the right size, but on some operating system templates, for some reason, the file system isn't being expanded to the full size of the disk. We are working on resolving that issue for future deployments.

Hello, my account number [email protected] I registered at the same time when I purchased Singapore vps. When will this account be opened? I can't log in to the official website at present
Hi,
I placed an order (no order number sent yet), would it be possible to change which datacenter I'm set up in? I mistakenly selected the wrong one. Thank you!
Never mind - however bandwidth bonus would be nice. Order 6942093
We can destroy the current order if you'd like and you can go ahead and place a new one. Open a ticket with our team and we will gladly do so.
Can you DM me if you have not yet receive the details to your account?

There's a lot of packet losses on singapore looking glass
Thanks for introducing us to that website! I had never seen ping.pe.
Please be aware that all of our providers, along many hops, throttle down ping traffic. You will always see some ping packet loss, but other protocols flow fine.
This is especially true for our provider's connections to China networks, which are constantly been used as source for DDoS attacks...
Do you throttle ping that come every 5s because that's the interval set. I also did a 10s interval, not very much different. TCP has self correction, not gonna be a problem in just 1% drop. UDP is wild wild west.
I am not referring to just China, a lot of locations has 1-2% drop.
hmm I just ran that test to the IP on your screenshot and seems ok?
https://i.ping.pe/b/I/img_bItCTmXG.png
64.235.43.60 is our looking glass server. Perhaps it was heavily busy at the time... we will check on that.
I also ran a test with ping.pe to another IP in Singapore and the result is 0% across the board.
