I waited for it, turns out nope. They aren't offering VPS deals today. Only web hosting and domain.

Can you send your yabs for netcup 10c arm pls. Full yabs would be appreciated.

I have their G11 1000 512GB but I was wondering if the other one is better.

  • Netcup is great. Would however be way better if they turn on amd-x so we can run proxmox on their op RS series of servers. :)

    Thanked by 1raza19

Since arm vps from netcup had no virtualizaiton enabled either I had to change my entire architecture from proxmox to docker just bcoz of that & incompatibilities between arm and amd64 means one cannot restore an amd64 container to these arm machines. There are however proxmox community variants that work on arm with lxc support.

The transition was very daunting at first but I am pretty happy now. I realized proxmox or even lxc/incaus was an overkill on my part bcoz all I'm doing is hosting websites.

But if the use case requires virtualizaiton then it's a major hurdle.

I ordered one. However i am so used to their RS line, that i doubt i will keep this vps. Alot of my tasks are very CPU intensive. So we will see. Also i dont enjoy the fact that this cant be upgraded in the future.

From the looks of it the arm is a much better deal unless someone really wants those dedicated cores & an amd64 arch.
