Looking for russia vps/dedicated server

Hi,

I'm looking for a VPS/dedicated server for my client who wants to move away from the current server. It is preferable if it is also DMCA ignored, but it's not that important as we will have a proxy for the front if needed.

Minimum Spec:
CPU: 2.8ghz or above
Storage: SSD or NVME

Budget up to $100/month

I know an old hosting provider (operating since 2002). Here's the description of their servers in Russian: https://www.1gb.ru/l_rds1.php. I used their services ~15 years ago for one of my clients, and at that time, everything was great. However, I can't comment on the quality now.

What would be the point in buying a certain 'dmca ignored' location like russia and then putting a proxy infront? Why not just buy a cheaper location Hetnzer/OVH and use a cheap 'dmca ignored' vps infront of that? Cheaper and get alot more for your money than paying for the main server in a dmca location

I know what you mean, that is what I have doing usually whenever a client needs this kind of stuff, using any good provider as the backend and then putting cheap DMCA-ignored VPS in front of that. Putting proxy in front just as a disclaimer that I might be wrong about what I believe about russia servers because I never tried one in the first place and there's someone who wishes it, but all good, I'm not the one paying server as it out of my reach
