I want to know more about Kimsufi servers.
1.Does OVH Kimsufi servers provide support?
A friend told me that there is no support, so I am asking.
Do they provide support like OVH bare metal vps?
What kind of errors do they fix on dedicated servers?
What is the difference between Ovh Kimsufi servers and bare metal dedicated servers?
I have knowledge of server management. I asked to know.

I don't understand why the U.S. kimsufi website doesn't have the same promos and prices as (The rest of the world).
How come every other country gets free setup during some promos and when U.S. has promos the setup fee is always there.
The rest of the world has many more promos throughout the year, but the U.S. hardly gets any and the prices more expensive. (Expensive, but still cheap)
Also, why are user accounts in U.S. limited to U.S. only, but The rest of the world has accounts that access, well.. "The rest of the world".
I thought Kimsufi did not allow purchasing additional IPs, or add-ons.
The provide support only for hardware or billing issues.
Anything else is a no.
And no, you can't just ask kimsufi to throw in another memory stick or disk for you.
You need to buy a bigger dedi.

They don't provide Managed Support for OVH VPS, is this the same?
Can we use their dedicated server, install the OS, install a panel like Hestiacp, directadmin, and use it? Is it as simple as a VPS? Do we need any other support or knowledge to do this?

Depends, some do some don't.
Their support is equivalent to a snobbish sloth. Slow enough to work and angry enough to cut you down in a split second.
